Sarah cherishes time with family and friends – both here in NZ and back in Australia. Time spent connecting and reminiscing over delicious meals is what life is all about.
Having travelled the World – Sarah loves incorporating aspects of the European food scene into her platters and grazing tables.
Creating visually appealing tables is also an opportunity for Sarah to allow her creative side to flourish.
Sarah has worked in the hospitality and events industry for the past 20 years and is now channelling all her experience into making your events as memorable as possible.
Sarah loves seeing people branch out and try new flavours and foods they may not have experienced before.
When not preparing platters, Sarah spends her days with her husband and young daughter enjoying a flat white at their local café and exploring Auckland and beyond.
